Julia Taylor Kennedy is the senior director of corporate engagement at the Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR), working with companies to support access to reproductive rights and health care. Before joining CRR in 2023, Julia was executive vice president at Coqual (formerly Center for Talent Innovation), leading research and advisory services offerings on DEIB with employers, mostly Fortune 500 companies and law firms. 


Julia has spoken at the United Nations, the Conference Board, the Executive Leadership Council, New York City Bar’s Associate Leadership Institute, and many companies. She has been quoted in and contributed articles to major business media. Early in her career, Julia hosted 51%, a nationally syndicated public radio program dedicated to the perspectives and stories of women in the United States, and she reported for NPR and NPR member stations. She holds a master’s degree in international relations from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
