Representative Nabeela Syed represents Illinois' 51st House District, which includes communities in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She was born and raised in Palatine and is proud to be one of the youngest legislators in the Illinois General Assembly. Since being elected in 2022, Rep. Syed has been a champion for legislation to lower prescription drug costs and expand access to health care, and an advocate for initiatives to keep our communities safe from gun violence.
